Thank you for shopping at Rustresort! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to familiarize yourself with our return policy. The following terms apply to any products you have purchased from us.

1. Definitions
For the purposes of this return policy:
The Company (referred to herein as "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") refers to RustResort.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Portal.
Orders mean your request to purchase goods from us.
Service refers to the website.
Website refers to RustResort, available at https://rustresort.com/
You means the individual accessing the Portal or using it, or a company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Portal, as applicable.

2. Your right to cancel an order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or from the date on which a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered goods. We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used to place the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

3. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
• The goods were purchased within the last 7 days
• You have not used the goods/service after purchase and have not connected to the game server
The following goods are not eligible for return:
• Partially or fully consumed/expended
• Goods have been activated and used; any services that have been utilized within the project (e.g. you purchased a VIP service and connected to the server using it, but later decided to stop playing for any reason)

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above return conditions, at our discretion. Only items at the regular price may be returned.

If an item meets the return policy but was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we will refund the giver.
